Refund Policies


Should you sign up for Licensure Link and decide to not use the service, you may request a refund. You must notify us within 24hours of signing on, and you cannot have made any connections, paid or non-paid during that time. Any special service requests are not refundable.

Other reasons to request a Refund:

  • If the service does not work properly*.
  • If the site is down more than 1% of the time.

*If the site has technical issues, please report them promptly. If we cannot resolve the issues, then you may request a pro-rated refund. Operator error is not grounds for a refund. Technical Issues resolved within 48 business hours will not be eligible for a refund.

To Request a Refund

Send us an email to Refunds@Licensurelink.com.  Be sure to include your name, company name, email address, and form of payment, along with when you signed up and reason for the request

 

  • Credit/debit card and PayPal® payments will be credited back to that account.
